  With affordable fees and flexible options, and great location for me, I love this place! The equipment is modern and the layout is great. The Gym Manager is lovely & I never feel intimidated or embarrassed when going in alone.

  Good for light training and regular exercise, great for workouts gymnastic flexibility, excellent if needing a regular heavy weightlifting session…

  Hey after 2 years of not going to the gym ive decided to rejoin as i have approx 10years exp in training, i chose this gym as its the most convenient to me with its location and being 24hours anyway i joined keeping in mind full gym etiquette brought a towel with me, but unfortunately my first impressions of your gym where sabotaged by a fellow patron, i used and wiped down all the machines i used and was using but when i went to use a machine i noticed it was literally dripping with sweat i was actually shocked someone would leave it so wet and dripping at first i thought maybe i should just wipe it myself and then i thought no the staff are still here ill complain to him in person so i said to him it would be nice if you could wipe your machine down after so i can use it, he was returning from a dumbell set and said to me ill wipe it down when im done so basically had decided he owned the whole gym and as long as he was there and i said i didn't want to wait till he was done in the gym i normally didnt have to wait for anyone, the staff member who literally just signed me up must of heard it all but clearly had a non-confrontational style and was just about to leave said nothing at all basically leaving us to settle it amongst ourselves and there was only a few ways it could really go from there either a fight, i let someone stand over me and submit which is not my style considering i have over 10 years worth of training under my belt, or i get angry with your company, give you a negative review, possibly come down in person and get pissed and then a extremely high possibility i demand a refund the day after i got a membership which i really dont want to do because its the most convenient location please contact me if you want this review removed if its even possible, also contact me about how this issue can be resolved... if it can, ill most likely contact you first!!
